
Elenoa Fuka was one of the first employees of the Alliance, joining the organization in 2014. She played a key role in setting up the Alliance’s first office and continues to be a central force in managing its financial operations, grant administration, and day-to-day logistics. In addition to her core responsibilities, Elenoa oversees vendor management and helps evaluate and implement technological software solutions to support the organization’s operations and growth.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Brigham Young University–Hawaii and a Master of Arts in Diplomacy and Military Studies from Hawaii Pacific University. Her prior experience includes managing sales and operations at Calypso Technology, serving as a consular officer at the Consulate General of Tonga in San Francisco, working as a legislative analyst in the Hawaii State Legislature, and serving as chief of staff within the same body.
Elenoa also serves on the board of Peninsula Family Service, a multi-service agency supporting children, families, and older adults by helping them build on their strengths and develop skills for lifelong success.
