
Kate McCarrel first joined the Alliance’s Philanthropic Advising Team in early spring 2022. Since then, Kate has helped manage the Alliance’s Members’ Meetings and Shared Interest Group meetings as well as a variety of roundtables and workshops.
Kate has experience in HR, events coordination, and logistics. Her areas of expertise include training and onboarding, managing outside vendors and managing all associated expense reports, scheduling events/workshops, arranging video conferences, implementing customer event registration, and handling post-attendance follow-up. Her previous employers include McKinsey & Company and FedEx Services.
